Jump to teeth 10–32. For 1–9 say "jump to five".

Jump to a single-digit tooth (1–9).

Jump to a specific site on the current tooth.
"distobuccal" · "mesiolingual"
Jump to a specific site AND surface in one phrase.
"switch to lingual"
Flip to the lingual side. Also: "facial", "palatal", "buccal".
"next" · "previous" · "skip tooth"
One step forward/back, or skip the rest of this tooth.
Findings
"bleeding" · "suppuration"
Toggle on the current site.
"bleeding all three"
Apply to all 3 sites of the current surface.
"bleeding interproximal"
Apply to just mesial + distal (skips middle).
"remove bleeding"
Clear. Also "clear", "cancel", "no". Add scope: "remove bleeding all three".
Per-tooth
"furcation two" · "mobility one"
Set the grade (1–3). "Full furcation" = grade 3.
"recession three"
Records GM as a negative value (-3).
"missing"
Marks the current tooth as missing.
Switch mode
"pocket depth" · "PD"
Switch to probing depth entry.
"gingival margin" · "GM"
Switch to gingival-margin entry.
Charting control
"pause"
Pause without stopping the mic. Useful for chatting with the patient.
"resume" · "start charting"
Resume from pause, or begin charting.
"stop"
Stop charting and turn off the mic.
"undo"
Undo the last entry. Works for multi-site actions too.
"finish charting" · "new chart"
Archive the current chart and start fresh for the next patient.
